Social cohesion measures are relevant in any context and even more so in a conflict context. Social cohesion activities are an essential part of the project and are carried out across the other activities of the Project. <div>Due to the ongoing conflict and diverse context of Northern Shan all training measures are complemented by social cohesion activities to prevent tensions strengthen collaboration among the different ethnic groups. </div>
